ARTICLE 123: EVALUATION OF THE VIABILITY OF THE COMPETITIVE ADJUSTMENT PROGRAM

The Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) shall evaluate the viability of the competitive adjustment program presented by national producers. This program will be derived from an analysis of the factors that influence and determine the competitiveness of the sector, from which the actions and the estimated time for their execution will be defined; These actions may vary as a result of the Ministry´s evaluation of the information provided by interested parties in the course of the procedure and from which it obtains.
