ARTICLE 130: DATA TO BE CONTAINED IN THE RESOLUTION IMPOSING AN EMERGENCY PROVISIONAL SAFEGUARD

The resolution imposing provisional safeguard measures referred to in article 78 of the Law (LCE: Art. 78) will contain, in addition to the data indicated in article 124 of these Regulations (RLCE: Art. 124), the following:

Description of the critical circumstances caused by a serious damage or threat of serious damage;

The type of safeguard measure that is established, and

The mention that the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaria de Hacienda y Crédito Público) for the opportune application of the imposed measure.
