ARTICLE 134: DURATION OF THE SAFEGUARD MEASURES
The safeguard measures will be applied only for the period necessary to prevent or repair serious damage and facilitate readjustment. The Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) shall determine the duration of the safeguard measures based on the evaluation of the adjustment program and compliance with the actions defined therein. In any case, the provisions stipulated in the international treaties or conventions to which Mexico is a part of, will be observed.
