ARTICLE 132: COMPENSATION MEASURES TO BE TAKEN

The Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) shall submit for consultation with the representatives of the productive sectors, the establishment of compensation measures that, in accordance with the international treaties or agreements to which Mexico is a part of, must be adopted. In any case, the Ministry will safeguard the public interest.
