ARTICLE 133: REVIEW OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE ADJUSTMENT PROGRAM, ONCE THE SAFEGUARD MEASURE HAS BEEN IMPOSED

Imposed the corresponding safeguard measure, the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) will periodically review the progress of the adjustment program, in order to ascertain the progress of its compliance, and, where appropriate, consider the change of circumstances that impede its compliance, allowing the relevant changes or adjustments.
