ARTICLE 136: ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE CONSIDERED LEGALLY CONSTITUTED
For the purposes of article 50 of the Law (LCE: Art. 50), will be considered legally constituted bodies the chambers, associations, confederations, councils or any other group of producers constituted in accordance with Mexican laws, whose purpose is to represent the interests of the individuals o legal entities dedicated to the production of identical, similar or, in the case of safeguard measures, directly competing with import merchandise.
