ARTICLE 139: REPORT OF ALL COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE SECRETARY OF ECONOMY (SECRETARÍA DE ECONOMÍA) AND THE INTERESTED PARTY

Any communication made directly or by other conventional or electronic means, between the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) and any interested party, its representatives or coadjuvants during the investigation procedures regarding unfair international trade and safeguard practices, a written report should be prepared in which its object is synthesized, as well as the conclusions obtained. This report will also contain the name and position of the public servant who prepares it, place, and autograph signature.
