ARTICLE 147: REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS THE INFORMATION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE FILE

For the purposes of article 80 of the Law (LCE: Art. 80), the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1), upon written request, will grant interested parties the opportunity to examine all the information contained in the administrative file for the presentation of their arguments, in the terms established in the Law and in these Regulations. Said information may be reviewed by the parties during the procedures regarding unfair international trade practices and safeguard measures, the appeal for revocation, the trial before the Superior Chamber of the Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice (Sala Superior del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa) and the alternative solution mechanisms of controversies regarding unfair international trade practices and safeguard measures referred to in international treaties or conventions to which Mexico is a part of.

The Ministry shall issue at the expense of the interested parties a certified copy of the information that is not classified as reserved or confidential contained in the administrative file requested, if applicable, in accordance with the provisions of article 80 of the Law (LCE: Art. 80) and in this Regulation.
