ARTICLE 155: CASE IN WHICH THE SECRETARY OF ECONOMY (SECRETARÍA DE ECONOMÍA) MUST PROVIDE THE INFORMATION TO THE COURTS

When duly required, the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) will provide public information, confidential, reserved commercial or confidential government, to the administrative and judicial tribunals and mechanisms for the settlement of disputes regarding unfair international trade practices and safeguard measures, contained in international trade treaties or agreements to which Mexico is a part of, when they hear of the challenges of final resolutions to which the Law and these Regulations refer. In any case, the public servant in charge of remitting to the authorities and mechanisms mentioned the respective information, will indicate the character of the same.
