ARTICLE 162: MEANS OF PROOF ACCEPTED BY THE SE (SECRETARY DE ECONOMIA)

The Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) will accept as evidence public and private documents, a qualified verdict, the administrative recognition or verification, the testimonial evidence, the presumptions, and any other means of proof not prohibited by the Law.
