ARTICLE 165: PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The public hearing´s purpose is that the interested parties and, where appropriate, its coadjuvants shall question or refute their counterparts regarding the information, data and evidence submitted.
The public hearing will be held in those procedures that are expressly provided for in these Regulations.
