ARTICLE 166: DEVELOPMENT OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
When the hearing is open, the representative of the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) will put to discussion, the points that it deems necessary, the evidence presented by the requesting party. Subsequently, the use of the floor will be granted to importers, foreign exporters, and national producers in that order. Each party will take the floor, alternatively, twice for the evidence provided by the other parties. The Ministry, prior agreement with the interested parties, will set the maximum time to which each intervention will be subject, without prejudice to expanding the participation of the interested parties for the time it deems necessary.
