ARTICLE 6: NON-INDUSTRIALIZED ANIMALS AND VEGETABLES

     

    For the purposes of article 2-A, section I, subsection a) of the Law (LIVA: Art. 2A), it is considered that the animals and vegetables are not industrialized by the simple fact that they are presented slice, flattened, in pieces, fresh, salted, dried, refrigerated, frozen or packed nor the vegetables because they are submitted to drying, cleaning, peeling, deseeding or shelling processes.

    Wood cut into boards, planks or in any other way that alters its natural shape, length and thickness, is considered subject to an industrialization process.
