ARTICLE 7: WHAT IS CONSIDERED PATENT MEDICINE

     

    For the purposes of article 2-A, section I, subsection b) of the Law (LIVA: Art. 2A), pharmaceutical specialties, narcotics, psychotropic substances and antigens or vaccines, including homeopathic and veterinary, are considered patent medicines.

    The masterful and official medicines referred to in the health legislation are considered patent medicines when they are equivalent to pharmaceutical specialties.
