ARTICLE 186: REQUIREMENTS TO AUTHORIZE THE INTERNAL TRANSIT OF FINAL CONSUMPTION OF GOODS

The internal transit of final consumption of goods (RGCE 2022: Regla 4.6.6), will be carried out by means of a customs declaration (pedimento) prepared by the importer or its legal representative, or by the customs agent, providing the Customs Authorities with related control information with the routes and times in which the goods will arrive at the customs clearance.
