ARTICLE 36: DEFINITION OF LIFE INSURANCE

For the purposes of article 15, section IX of the Law (LIVA: Art. 15), life insurance is understood as those that are under this denomination indicate in the General Law of Insurance Institutions and Mutual Societies (Ley General de Instituciones y Sociedades Mutualistas de Seguros).
