ARTICLE  39:  GOODS  THTAT  ARE  CONSIDERED  AN  INVESTMENT

 

For  the  purposes  of  article  15,  section  X,  subsection  b),  second  paragraph  of  the  Law  --280-Art.  15--,  they  are  considered  investment  goods,  those  that  integrate  the  fixed  asset  under  the  terms  of  the  second  paragraph  of  article  32  of  the  Law  on  Income  Tax  (Ley  del  Impuesto  sobre  la  Renta).
