ARTICLE  38:  WHAT  IS  MEANT  BY  FINANCING  OPERATIONS

 

For  the  purposes  of  article  15,  section  X,  subsection  b),  first  paragraph  of  the  Law  --280-Art.  15--,  financing  operations  will  be  understood  as  those  that  have  the  character  of  active  or  passive  credit,  being  understood  as  those  that  receive  or  pay  interest  who  in  accordance  with  the  provisions  of  said  subsection  carry  out  the  aforementioned  operations.

Also  included  in  the  active  financing  operations,  the  credits  granted  by  the  funds  or  trusts  that  only  operate  with  resources  provided  by  the  people  indicated  in  the  preceding  paragraph  or  together  with  the  governments  of  the  Federal  Entities.
