ARTICLE 44: HOW THE PRIZE DERIVED FROM A YIELD OPERATIONS IS CONSIDERED

For the purposes of article 18, last paragraph of the Law (LIVA: Art. 18), the prize derived from a yield operations, held in accordance with the provisions issued by the Bank of Mexico (Banco de Mexico), is considered interest.
