ARTICLE 76: ACTS OR ACTIVITIES FOR WHICH THE CO-OWNERS AND MEMBERS OF A CONJUGAL PARTNERSHIP MUST APPOINT A COMMON REPRESENTATIVE

For the purposes of the provisions of article 32, second to last paragraph of the Law (LIVA: Art. 32), the co-owners and the members of a conjugal partnership must appoint a common representative when the acts or activities derive from goods subject to co-owners or subject to the conjugal partnership regime.
