ARTICLE 77: GRANTING OF ADMINISTRATIVE FACILITIES FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE OBLIGATIONS OF THIS LAW

For the purposes of the obligations established in the Law, the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) may grant administrative facilities through general rules for the fulfillment of the aforementioned obligations, in the case of the taxpayer sectors who are granted administrative facilities for the purposes of the income tax.
