    In the case of the services listed below that are provided by any of the Secretaries of State and Attorney General of Mexico, rights will be paid according to the fees indicated for each case below, except in those cases that in this Law they are expressly established.

  • Issuance of certified copies of documents, for each letter or legal-size sheet ............................................................................................................................. $ 21.00

    Likewise, the right stipulated in this section will be paid for the issuance of certified copies that are requested from the Federal Tribunal of Fiscal and Administrative Justice (Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa).

     

  • Replacement of certificates or duplicates thereof, as well as stickers .................... $ 178.00

  • Copies of certified blueprints, for each one ............................................................ $ 128.00

  • For the provision of services outside the population where the authority that provides them is located, an amount equivalent to the per diem to which employees are entitled for the performance of their work outside the place of their ascription, including round travel expenses.

    The income referred to in this section will be destined to the unit generating them, except when said income is budgeted in the corresponding year.

     

    For the issuance of documents or certified copies thereof that are requested by the Federation, the Federal District, States, and Municipalities of official matters and their competence, provided that this request does not derive from the request of an individual, as well as by the issuance of certified copies for the substantiation of the Trial of Amparo, no rights will be paid.

    When, for reasons not attributable to the applicants of any of the services referred to in Title I of this Law, it is necessary to replace or modify any record, document, or procedure, the rights corresponding to the replacement or modification will not be paid.

    Likewise, the right referred to in this article will not be paid for the services requested by the Political Parties constituted in the terms of the corresponding legislation.

    When proof or other documents are requested from any of the dependencies referred to in this article due to the labor relationship between the applicant and the agency, the rights referred to in this article will not be paid.
