Article 12:

For the provision of the migration services at airports to passengers on international flight leaving the national territory, will be charged the following fee of ................ $ 149.00

In the case of passengers leaving the country by aerial, the right provided in this article must be collected and paid by international aerial transport companies of passengers.

The providers of the international aerial transport service of passengers referred to in the preceding paragraph, must pay the payment by means of a declaration that will be presented to the offices authorized by the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria).
