ARTICLE 8:

For the issuance of the migratory document proving the condition of stay (LA: Art. 106), rights will be paid, according to the following fees:

For the replacement of the documents contained in sections I and IV of this article, the same fee of the right will be paid as applicable. With respect to sections II, V, VI and VII the applicable fee will be ....................................................................................................................................... 1,315.00

For the renewal of the documents referred to in sections II to VII of this article, the same fee of the right shall be paid as applicable.

For the purposes of section I of this article, the Office for Domestic Affairs (Secretaría de Gobernación) will set the procedure to identify visitors without permission to carry out paid activities for tourism purposes.

The rights for migratory services referred to in sections I and II of this article will not be paid by drivers or operators of cargo transport vehicles that enter the country with the sole purpose of loading or unloading merchandise in the customs border precinct of the national territory.

In the case of foreigners arriving in the country by aerial, the right provided in section I of this article must be collected and paid by the international aerial transport companies of passengers.

The providers of the international aerial transport companies of passengers referred to in the previous paragraph, must pay the payment by declaration that will be presented to the offices authorized by the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria).
