ARTICLE 18-B: REFUGEE FOREIGNERS THAT DO NOT PAY RIGHTS FOR MIGRATORY SERVICES

They will not pay the rights referred to in this Section foreigners who obtain, from the Office for Domestic Affairs (Secretaría de Gobernación), the recognition of refugee status or the granting of complementary protection, based on national legislation and international treaties in which Mexico is part of.
