    The rights for the provision of consular services will be paid as follows:

  • Marriage proceedings .................................... $ 860.00

  • Certificates of analysis, free sale, origin and medical, for each one ............................................ $ 880.00

  • For the reception, study of the request and, where appropriate, the authorization of ordinary visas in foreign passports ...................... $ 730.00

  • The rights for the issuance of ordinary visas in foreign passports referred to in subsection d) of this section, may be exempted when by agreement of the Secretary of Foreign Relations (Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores), in consideration of the aspects of the international reciprocity or unilaterally for the purpose to stimulate tourism and commercial or cultural exchanges, as it deems appropriate.

    The rights for the issuance of household goods to foreigners, may be exempted or reduced by an agreement of the Secretary of Foreign Relations (Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores), in consideration of the aspects of the international reciprocity.

    When the services referred to in this article are provided in national territory, 50% of the corresponding rights will be paid.

    The rights obtained by way of the preceding sections will be used to integrate the fund referred to in section XI of article 2 of the Mexican Foreign Service Law (Ley del Servicio Exterior Mexicano), with the exception of those provided in the national territory.
