ARTICLE 29-A:

For the study and processing of any request for registration of securities in the National Registry of Securities (Registro Nacional de Valores) carried by the National Banking and Stock Commission (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores) and the authorization of public offer, the corresponding rights will be paid according to the following fees:

The rights referred to in this section will not be paid when, in terms of the first paragraph of article 93 of the Law of the Marketc of Values (Ley del Mercado de Valores), request for the generic inscription of instrument of debt in the National Registry of Securities (Registro Nacional de Valores).

The rights referred to in this section will not be paid, when the request is presented together with the authorization indicated in section I of this article.
