ARTICLE 200: UPRISING OF PARTIAL AND FINAL ACTS BY THE AUTHORITY
For the purposes of articles 1 and 43 of the Law (LA: Art. 1) (LA: Art. 43), when in the Customs Recognition or verification of merchandise in transport, it is necessary to issue a circumstantial act in which the irregularities detected are recorded, in terms of articles 150 to 153 of the Law (LA: Art. 150) (LA: Art. 151) (LA: Art. 152) (LA: Art. 153), uprising of partial and final acts by the Customs Authorities, when the act of verification is concluded within a period greater than the day of its commencement, subject to the provisions of the Federal Fiscal Code (Código Fiscal de la Federación), without regard the acts of verification can be extended for a period of five days from the beginning, except for duly justified causes. Failure to meet the deadlines indicated will be without effect the performances of the Customs Authority.
