ARTICLE 46: MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE DELIVERED WITHOUT THE PAYMENT OF THE RIGHT OF STORAGE No merchandise in the deposit before customs in a fiscal precinct will be delivered, unless the rights of storage have been paid.
