    Rights in the field of electrical energy will be paid for the services provided by the Energy Regulatory Commission (Comisión Reguladora de Energía), in accordance with the following:

  • For the analysis, evaluation of the request and, where appropriate, the issuance of the permit title, based on the capacity for self-sufficiency, cogeneration, small production, independent production, export and import of requested electrical energy, in accordance with the following fees:

    •  

  • Up to 10 MW: ................................ $ 117,585.00

    •  

  • Greater than 10 and up to 50 MW: .................... $ 153,446.00

    •  

  • Greater than 50 and up to 200 MW: .................... $ 226,899.00

    •  

  • Greater than 200 MW: ........................... $ 959,710.00

    •  

  • For the supervision of electrical energy permits, the right of supervision will be paid annually, in accordance with the following fees:

    •  

  • Up to 3 MW ................................... $ 20,621.00

    •  

  • Greater than 3 and up to 10 MW ..................... $ 113,034.00

    •  

  • Greater than 10 and up to 50 MW ..................... $ 278,793.00

    •  

  • Greater than 50 and up to 200 MW .................... $ 460,695.00

  • Greater than 200 MW .......................... $ 1,410,159.00

    •  

  • For the modification of the electrical energy permit titles, rights will be paid according to the following fees:

    •  

  • 50 percent of the fee established in section I of this article, when the modification involves a technical, legal, financial analysis or the opinion of the supplier in terms of the Regulation of the Electric Power Public Service Law (Ley del Servicio Público de Energía Eléctrica).

  • For the analysis, evaluation and, where appropriate, approval, modification and publication of the catalog of prices regarding applicable contributions to the agencies in charge of the provision of the public service of electrical energy annually: .......... $ 844,681.00
