ARTICLE 61-A:

For the reception and analysis of the request and, where appropriate, the issuance of each of the permit titles for Petroleum Treatment, Petroleum Refining or Processing of Natural Gas, rights will be paid according to the fee of ................................................ $ 149,497.00

For the reception and analysis of the request and, where appropriate, the issuance of the extension of each of the permits described in the previous paragraph, the right will be paid according to the fee referred to in said paragraph.

For the reception and analysis of the request and, where appropriate, the cession of each permit or modification of the aforementioned permit titles, the right equivalent to 50 percent of the fee referred to in the first paragraph of this article will be paid.
