ARTICLE 208: PERMANENT ADVISORS OF THE SERVICE TAX ADMINISTRATION ADVISORY COUNCIL

The Advisory Council will have as permanent advisors the holders of the Administration and Disposal of Assets Service, of the Internal Control Body (Servicio de Administración y Enajenación de Bienes, del Órgano Interno de Control) in the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) (RLA: Art. 1), and of the General Directorate of Surveillance of Funds and Securities of the Treasury of the Federation (Tesorería de la Federación).

The members referred to in article 207 of these Regulations (RLA: Art. 207) will have voice and vote.

The guests referred to in the last paragraph of article 207 of this Regulation (RLA: Art. 207) and advisors will only have a voice. (LA: Art. 145)
