ARTICLE 210: OBLIGATIONS OF THE SERVICE TAX ADMINISTRATION ADVISORY BOARD

     

    The Advisory Board shall be subject to the following:

  • It will ordinarily session twice a year and, where appropriate, the extraordinary sessions that are required.
  •  

    For the holding of the sessions, the announcement will be notified to the members of the Advisory Council (RLA: Art. 207) by the Executive Secretary, at least five days in advance for the ordinary session and with two days for extraordinary session. Such notification will be made through electronic means.

     

    The place, day and time the session will be held will be indicated in the announcement. Likewise, the announcement must be accompanied by an agenda and the information deemed necessary by the Executive Secretary corresponding to the issues to be addressed, and

     

  • For the validity of the sessions of the Advisory Council, the assistance of at least the majority of the members of the Advisory Council shall be required, among which the President and the Executive Secretary or their respective alternates must be present.
  •  

    The agreements and decisions will be valid, if there is a vote by a majority of the members present at the session, in case of a tie, the President of the Council or his / her alternate will have the vote of quality.

    For each session that is held, a minute shall be drawn up that will contain the agenda, the name and position of the attendees of the session, the matters discussed and the agreements made therein, which will be in the files of the Executive Secretary. (LA: Art. 145)
