ARTICLE 73-B: INCREASE OF THE RIGHT OF THE OFFICIAL MEXICAN STANDARDS FOR EXTRAORDINARY SERVICES

When, for the provision of the services referred to in this Section, is required the transfer of personnel or equipment outside the office in which it is located, the right of standards shall be increased by the amount equivalent to the expenses involved in the transfer of personnel and equipment. The extraordinary and passenger expenses will be verified with the documents in which the expenditure is recorded, of which a copy will be given to the taxpayer; They will also increase with per diem according to general rules issued by the competent authority.
