ARTICLE 211: HOW TO PRESENT ITS REPORTE BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE SERVICE TAX ADMINISTRATION ADVISORY BOARD

The president will present to the Advisory Council a semi-annual report of the goods that have been donated or destroyed by the Customs Authorities in the previous semester as well as those that were delivered without knowledge of the Advisory Council, for emergent situations caused by natural phenomena, climatological or that by its nature, it was necessary to attend urgently and in a timely manner.
