ARTICLE 213: NOTIFICATION TO THE CUSTOMS AGENT WHEN THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN NOTICE OF CHANGE IN THEIR ADDRESS

For the purposes of article 160, section IV of the Law (LA: Art. 160), when the customs agent has not given any corresponding notice of change of their address (RGCE 2022: Regla 1.1.2), the Customs Authorities may continue to practice the notifications at the stated address and these will have their effects in the legal terms , notwithstanding the provisions of article 9A of the Law.
