    • ARTICLE 84: RIGHTS FOR EXTRAORDINARY SERVICES OF THE SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE, LIVESTOCK, RURAL DEVELOPMENT, FISHERIES AND FOOD (SAGARPA)

     

    For the inspection, control and surveillance services at the entrance and exit of the national territory of vegetables, animals, products derived from them, as well as those of use or application in animals or vegetables and means in which they are transported that they bring accordingly the application of security measures in phytosanitary health matters, in days, hours or places different from the offices where the service is provided, rights will be paid according to the following:

  • One day of salary and bonus for every four hours or fraction.

    •  

  • One day of salary and bonus for every three hours or fraction, in case of extension to the schedule indicated in section I.

    •  

  • Two days of salary and bonus for each day that is invested in the trip, from departure to return, when these services are provided in non-working places, outside the place of affiliation of the employees. In addition, for the work they perform on non-working days or hours, it will be paid in the manner indicated in sections I and II of this article. The expenses for the round trip will be paid by the service applicants.
