    For the issuance of animal health, phytosanitary or aquaculture health certificates, the right of certification for agricultural and aquaculture health will be paid, in accordance with the following fees:

  • For each phytosanitary certificate for the national mobilization of plant products and by-products subject to phytosanitary regulation ...................... $ 115.00

  • For each animal health certificate for the national mobilization of live animals, animal products and by-products, subject to animal health regulation ............ $ 115.00

    •  

  • For each international phytosanitary certificate for the export of vegetables, their products, and by-products ............................... $ 575.00

    •  

  • For each animal health certificate for the export of live animals, their products and by-products, as well as chemical, pharmaceutical, biological and food products for use in animals and their consumption .......................... $ 575.00

    •  

  • For each international phytosanitary certificate for the importation of vegetables, their products, and by-products .............................. $ 2,479.00

    •  

  • For each international animal health certificate for the importation of live animals, their products, and by-products, as well as chemical, pharmaceutical, biological and food products for use in animals and their consumption .............. $ 2,479.00

  • For the phytosanitary certification of nurseries, greenhouses, industrializers and packers of regulated products, cotton ginners, coffee mills, hydrothermal treatment units, quarantine treatment companies, regulated grain and seed collection centers ........ ................................................ $ 1,112.00

  • For each aquaculture import certificate of aquaculture species, their products, and by-products, as well as biological, chemical, pharmaceutical or food products for the use or consumption of said species ................ $ 2,502.00

    For the renewal or modification of each certificate referred to in this article, 50% of the corresponding fee will be paid.

    The right referred to in this article will not be paid for animals and plants, their products and by-products that are imported or exported temporarily; pets and guide dogs for the blind; medical and commercial samples; as well as for goods originating in Mexico that have been returned for reasons not attributable to the exporter.

    Nor will the rights referred to in this article be paid, when imports are made by the Federation or in the case of educational and research institutions, for donations of abandoned products owned by the federal tax authorities, emergency situations or humanitarian aid, as well such as those derived from health and safety programs authorized by the competent authority that are carried out through auxiliary bodies in this area.

    In the event that the issuance of the certificates indicated in sections V and VI of this article is preceded by a cancellation of the import request caused by the partial rejection of the merchandise to be imported, only 50% of the rights will be paid for certify non-rejected merchandise.
