ARTICLE 214: PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE FEDERATION OF THE PATENT OF CUSTOMS AGENT

The agreement whereby the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) (RLA: Art. 1) grant a customs agent patent, will be published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) only once at the expense of the respective patent holder, who must previously cover the corresponding rights. (LFD: Art. 51) (LA: Art. 159)

Customs agents must register their patent with the affiliation customs from the publication referred to in the previous paragraph.
