ARTICLE 216: STAGES OF THE PSYCHOTECHNICAL EXAMINATION TO OBTAIN THE PATENT OF CUSTOMS AGENT

The psychotechnical examination referred to in article 159, section IX of the Law (LA: Art. 159), will consist of two stages, that of reliability and psychological (LFD: Art. 51), and will be practiced by the competent authority in accordance with the Internal Regulations of the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria).
