ARTICLE 218: HOW THE CUSTOMS AGENT DESIGNATES ITS MANDATARIES
For the purposes of the provisions of articles 160, section VI, and 162, section XIII of the Law (LA: Art. 160) (LA: Art. 162), they must designate a customs mandatary, only in those cases where the needs of their services require it.
The customs agent must prove to the Customs Authority at least one mandatary per customs, without prejudice that one of them may act interchangeably in any of the customs that have authorized. (LA: Art. 163)
