ARTICLE 219: DISQUALIFICATION OF THE CUSTOMS AGENT

For the purposes of the second paragraph of article 160 of the Law (LA: Art. 160), the customs agent will be disqualified by the Customs Authority, from the moment the breach occurs, according to the corresponding section of said article.
