ARTICLE 220: DOCUMENTS THAT THE CUSTOMS AGENT SHOULD KEEP AS PART OF THE VALUE DECLARATION

For the purposes of article 162, section VII, second paragraph of the Law (LA: Art. 162), as part of the value declaration of the merchandise, the customs agent must keep the documents referred to in article 81 of these Regulations. (RLA: Art. 81)
