For  the  purposes  of  article  162,  section  VII,  second  paragraph  of  the  Law  --230-Art.  162--,  as  part  of  the  value  declaration  of  the  merchandise,  the  customs  agent  must  keep  the  documents  referred  to  in  article  81  of  these  Regulations.  --32-Art.  81--
