ARTICLE 223: HOW THE DAYS OF SUSPENSION OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE CUSTOMS AGENT ARE CALCULATED

For the purposes of article 164, first paragraph of the Law (LA: Art. 164), the days of suspension in the exercise of functions of the customs agent shall be computed according to the schedule that corresponds to its affiliation customs (RGCE 2022: Anexo 4) in accordance with the provisions of the rules issued for that purpose by the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria).
