ARTICLE 224: DETERMINATION OF OMITTED FOREIGN TRADE TAXES, DUSTIES AND COMPENSATORY FEES

For the purposes of articles 164, section VII and 165, section VII, subsection a) of the Law (LA: Art. 164) (LA: Art. 165), the omission of Foreign Trade Taxes, duties and compensatory fees shall be determined considering the Foreign Trade Taxes that would be caused if the merchandise were destined for the definitive import regime.
