ARTICLE 227: DEFINITION OF PERMITS OF THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES

The permits referred to in article 165, section II, subsection b) of the Law (LA: Art. 165), all those instruments issued by the dependencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration (Administración Pública Federal), whose purpose is to regulate, restrict or prohibit the importation or exportation of merchandise.
