For the certification services through inspection flights for aerial navigation aids, for each hour of flight, in the verifying aircraft for site determination and periodic or special certification, rights will be paid according to the fee of ................................ $ 107,732.00

The right referred to in this article will not be paid for the certification services through inspection flights of the facilities of aerial navigation aid owned by the Secretary of Communications and Transportation (Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes) operated by it.
