    • ARTICLE 155:

    For verification services established in the Civil Aviation Law (Ley de Aviación Civil) and in the Airport's Law (Ley de Aeropuertos), the concessionaires, permit holders, authorized or operators will pay rights per hour of verification, according to the following fees:

  • For further verification or verification of the conditions of concessions and permits .............................................. $ 7,686.00

  • For minor verification ................................. $ 1,533.00

  • For minor verification of the Training Centers, to the specialized aerial services under the modality of aerial fumigator, to the air operators and on specific aspects to concessionaires and permit holders, especially to aircraft, their parts and spare parts ................................................. $ 487.00

    The right referred to in this section will not be paid when it is verified at the Development, Qualification and Training Centers operated by the Secretary of Communications and Transportation (Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes).
