ARTICLE 157:

For the services related to the issuance of each capacity certificate, license to aeronautical technical personnel or, where appropriate, permit rights will be paid in accordance with the following fees:

For the recovery of the license the same fee established in the subsections of this section, as appropriate, will be paid.

The rights referred to in sections I and II of this article will not be paid when the corresponding services are requested by the aeronautical technical personnel from the Secretary of Communications and Transportation (Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes).
